1. Returns Eligibility
We want you to be completely happy with your hair products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
• Unopened Products: All products must be unopened and unused, in their original condition with the seal intact.
• Hair Tools & Appliances: Must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Exclusions: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used hair products (such as shampoos, conditioners, hair color, or other personal care items) unless they are damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Opened or used hair products (including shampoos, conditioners, serums, etc.)
• Hair extensions or wigs that have been removed from packaging
• Customized or personalized products
• Sale or clearance items
3. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Send an email to shanonthecollective@hotmail.com
2. Please include your order number and reason for return.
3. Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
4. Pack Your Item: Please return the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is secure for shipping.
5. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged goods or wrong items sent).
6. Send Your Item: Ship your item back to the address provided in the return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Depending on the availability of the item you want to exchange for, we will either issue a refund or send the replacement.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shanonthecollective@hotmail.com with a photo of the product and packaging. We’ll offer you the choice of a refund or replacement, and we will cover return shipping costs in this case.
6. Late Returns
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for items received after the return window of 7 days from the date of delivery. If the return period has expired, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
7. Gift Returns
If you received a gift from Shanon the collective and wish to return it, we will issue a store credit for the value of the product. Please contact us to initiate a gift return.
8. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed and shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the item must be returned according to our standard return policy.
